Refund policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return/exchange the item(s) within 7 days of receiving the order. 

Please note that special-order items, clearance sale items and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return. 

A: Items Not Eligible for Return: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, jewelry, and accessories (except bags and shoes). 

 

All Giftcard sales are final.

B: Packaging Requirements: Items received should be unused, undamaged and in the original package. 

C: Every return for a refund is subject to a restocking fee of 20%. All refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s).

D. Exchanges are free and requires no additional charges.

E: All shipping fees are non-refundable.
